What are your accessories made of?
A: All accessories are made of polymer clay and hypoallergenic (nickel free) findings. All the materials used for a specific product are listed in the product description. Polymer clay is durable and super lightweight! (your earlobes will thank you). If you have no piercings, we also do clip ons! Most earring designs can be made as clip ons! Mail/DM us for a clip on option and we will try to make it happen! If you have an allergy to resin we can use an alternative. Leave a note while checking out if you are allergic to resin.
Do you ship worldwide? What are the charges?
A: Currently, we ship everywhere. The shipping charges are displayed once you enter your location.
Are there additional charges for customs?
A: Unfortunately, we are not provided with information on whether the country charges customs or not. Most orders are not charged with customs however if there are any custom charges- we are not responsible for the payment of customs.
How many days will it take to deliver?
A: The products are all handmade and made to order, so please allow upto 5 weeks after placing an order for shipping the product. Once shipped, a tracking ID will be provided to you so you can track it on www.indiapost.gov.in. Typically, shipping takes anywhere between 3-6 weeks. Although delays may occur from the shipping partner's side due to the current COVID-19 situation. It is rare but not uncommon to see a delay of up to 3 months.
What do I do if my package says it has been delivered but I did not receive it? What if my package is lost?
A: All orders will be provided with a tracking ID. Should a situation like this happens, unfortunately, it is out of our control. In many cases, the package was marked as delivered and will arrive a few days later or it is kept with your neighbour. Please reach out via email so we can both try our best to find a solution! Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages and the product and shipping fees are non-refundable.
What do I do if my tracking hasn't been updated?
A: It is common for packages to stop tracking while it is being processed through your country's customs. I use Indiapost for all International orders. Many countries don't provide complete tracking information on registered articles (tracks only till it leaves India but not further). But don't worry, your parcel will reach you :) Don't hesitate to reach out to me for any queries or concerns!
Can I return/exchange the order?
A: All item description including size and colour is listed out in the product's description, before placing the order- please read the details. Due to quality control and hygiene issues, we accept no returns.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
A: Sorry, we do not accept cancellations.
My item was damaged during transit, can I ask for a refund?
A: We always make sure to send the product with utmost care. Each package undergoes a quality check before shipping. If the proof shows that the item was damage free before dispatch and was damaged during transit by the shipping services then we do not accept refunds. Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and try to make it right.
Do you accept custom orders with the customer's design/idea?
A: Yes we do, you can email us the design you would like and we will get back to you. Please note that not all custom designs can be made, the decision would be made only after we would have a look at the design.
